Managing Auto Top-Up Settings

Change your amounts, pause, or cancel auto top-up at any time.

Viewing Your Current Settings

1. Log in to the Member Portal
2. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
3. See your current configuration:
   • Status (Active/Paused)
   • Method (Threshold or Scheduled)
   • Amount and threshold
   • Payment card used

Changing Your Top-Up Amount

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Edit Settings
3. Enter your new Top-Up Amount
4. Click Save Changes

Changes take effect immediately for future top-ups.

Adjusting Your Threshold

For threshold-based auto top-up:

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Edit Settings
3. Enter your new Threshold amount
4. Click Save Changes

Tip: If you're getting topped up too often, raise your threshold. If you're running low between top-ups, lower it.

Changing Your Schedule

For scheduled auto top-up:

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Edit Settings
3. Select new Frequency and/or Day
4. Click Save Changes

The new schedule applies from the next occurrence.

Changing Your Payment Card

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Change Card or Edit Payment Method
3. Select a different saved card, or add a new one
4. Complete verification if required
5. Click Save

Pausing Auto Top-Up

Need to temporarily stop auto top-up?

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Pause Auto Top-Up
3. Confirm when prompted

When paused:

• No automatic charges will occur
• Your settings are saved
• You can resume anytime

Resuming After Pause

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Resume Auto Top-Up
3. Your previous settings are restored

Cancelling Auto Top-Up

To permanently disable:

1. Go to My Wallet → Auto Top-Up
2. Click Cancel Auto Top-Up or Disable
3. Confirm your choice

After cancelling:

• No more automatic charges
• Your current wallet balance remains
• Your saved card is not removed (you can remove separately)
• You can set up auto top-up again anytime

Switching Methods

Changing from threshold to scheduled (or vice versa):

1. Cancel your current auto top-up
2. Set up auto top-up again with the new method
3. Your payment card can be reused

Notification Settings

Control notifications about auto top-up:

1. Go to My Wallet → Notification Settings
2. Find Auto Top-Up Notifications
3. Toggle channels on/off:
   • Email confirmation
   • WhatsApp alert
   • SMS notification
   • Push notification (if using app)

Viewing Top-Up History

See all past auto top-ups:

1. Go to My Wallet → Transaction History
2. Filter by Auto Top-Up type
3. View date, amount, and status of each

Common Adjustments

Situation	What to Change
Running low too often	Increase top-up amount
Top-ups happening too frequently	Raise threshold
Want smaller, more frequent charges	Lower amount, lower threshold
Card expired	Update payment card
Going on holiday	Pause auto top-up
