Adding Your Card to Your Phone

Access your member wallet directly from your phone's wallet app. Show your phone at the register instead of a physical card.

Apple Wallet (iPhone)

Requirements

  • iPhone 6 or later
  • iOS 15 or later
  • Logged into iCloud

How to Add

  1. Log in to the Member Portal on your iPhone
  2. Go to My Wallet in the menu
  3. Tap Digital Card or Add to Apple Wallet
  4. Review the card preview
  5. Tap Add in the top right corner
  6. Your card will appear in the Apple Wallet app

Using Your Card

  1. Double-click the side button (or home button on older iPhones)
  2. Your member card will appear
  3. Show the barcode to staff at the register

Google Wallet (Android)

Requirements

  • Android 5.0 or later
  • Google Wallet app installed
  • Logged into Google account

How to Add

  1. Log in to the Member Portal on your Android phone
  2. Go to My Wallet in the menu
  3. Tap Digital Card or Add to Google Wallet
  4. Review the card details
  5. Tap Save or Add to Google Wallet
  6. Your card will appear in the Google Wallet app

Using Your Card

  1. Open the Google Wallet app
  2. Find your member card
  3. Show the barcode to staff at the register

Tips for Success

Keep Your Card Updated

Your digital card automatically updates when your membership renews. If you notice outdated information:

  1. Go to My WalletDigital Card
  2. Tap Update Card or remove and re-add

Works Offline

Your digital card works even without internet connection. The barcode is stored on your phone.

Multiple Devices

You can add your card to multiple devices - your phone and your Apple Watch, for example.

Troubleshooting

Card Not Appearing

  • Make sure you're logged into Apple/Google account
  • Try logging out and back into the Member Portal
  • Check that your wallet app is updated

Barcode Not Scanning

  • Increase screen brightness
  • Clean your screen
  • Try holding the phone closer or further from the scanner

Card Shows Wrong Information

  • The card may need refreshing
  • Try removing and re-adding the card
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Removing Your Card

From Apple Wallet

  1. Open the Wallet app
  2. Tap your member card
  3. Scroll down and tap Remove Card

From Google Wallet

  1. Open Google Wallet
  2. Find your member card
  3. Tap the three dots menu
  4. Select Remove
