Use this form to transfer funds to another member:

How to Transfer Funds

Step 1: Find the Transfer Option

  1. Log in to the Member Portal
  2. Go to My Wallet
  3. Click Transfer or Send Money

Step 2: Enter Transfer Details

  1. Enter the recipient's Member Number or search by name
  2. Enter the Amount you want to transfer
  3. Add an optional Note (visible to both you and the recipient)

Step 3: Confirm and Send

  1. Review the transfer details
  2. Check that the recipient name is correct
  3. Click Send or Transfer
  4. You'll receive confirmation on screen and via email

Note: Exact limits are set by your club and may differ.

Who Can I Transfer To?

You can transfer funds to:

  • Any active member at your club
  • Family members with linked accounts
  • Other members you know personally

You cannot transfer to:

  • Members at other clubs
  • Deactivated or suspended accounts

Transfer Confirmation

After a successful transfer:

  • Your balance is reduced immediately
  • The recipient's balance increases immediately
  • Both parties receive email confirmation
  • The transaction appears in both histories

Reversing a Transfer

Made a mistake? Contact your club's front desk or member services:

  • Within 24 hours for fastest resolution
  • Provide the transaction reference number
  • Both parties may need to confirm the reversal

Can I transfer to multiple people at once?

No, transfers are one-to-one. You'll need to make separate transfers for each recipient.

Is there a fee for transfers?

Most clubs don't charge fees for member-to-member transfers. Check with your club for details.

How long does a transfer take?

Transfers are instant. The recipient's balance updates immediately.

Can I schedule recurring transfers?

This feature is not currently available. All transfers must be initiated manually.
