Viewing Your Transactions
In the Member Portal
- Log in to the Member Portal
- Go to My Wallet
- Click Transaction History or Activity
- Browse your recent transactions
Filtering Transactions
Find specific transactions quickly:

|---|---|
| Date Range | View transactions from a specific period |
| Type | Show only top-ups, purchases, or refunds |
| Location | Filter by where the transaction occurred |
| Amount | Find transactions above or below a certain amount |
Understanding Transaction Types
Credits (Money In)
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Top-Up | Manual funds added via card payment |
| Auto Top-Up | Automatic funds added when balance was low |
| Refund | Money returned from a cancelled purchase |
| Adjustment | Manual correction by club staff |
| Reward | Bonus funds from promotions or loyalty |
Debits (Money Out)
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Purchase | Payment made at the club |
| Tab Charge | Items charged to your running tab |
| Event Registration | Entry fees for tournaments or events |
Transaction Details
Tap any transaction to see:
- Date and Time - When it happened
- Location - Where at the club (e.g., "Bar", "Pro Shop")
- Description - What was purchased
- Amount - How much was charged or added
- Balance After - Your wallet balance after this transaction
- Reference - Unique transaction ID
Downloading Statements
Get a record of your transactions:
- Go to Transaction History
- Set your date range
- Click Download or Export
- Choose format (PDF or CSV)
- Save or print your statement
Common Questions
How far back can I see?
Transaction history is typically available for 12-24 months. Contact support for older records.
Why is a transaction pending?
Some transactions take a moment to fully process. Pending transactions usually clear within minutes.
I don't recognize a transaction
- Check the location and time - it may jog your memory
- Family members on linked accounts may have made the purchase
- If still unrecognized, contact support
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed by club staff. Speak to the location where you made the purchase. Refunded amounts appear in your history as credits.
Why is my balance different than expected?
- Check for pending transactions
- Review recent activity for missed purchases
- Verify auto top-ups ran as expected
- Contact support if discrepancies remain
