Viewing Your Transactions

In the Member Portal

  1. Log in to the Member Portal
  2. Go to My Wallet
  3. Click Transaction History or Activity
  4. Browse your recent transactions

Filtering Transactions

Find specific transactions quickly:

Date RangeView transactions from a specific period
TypeShow only top-ups, purchases, or refunds
LocationFilter by where the transaction occurred
AmountFind transactions above or below a certain amount

Understanding Transaction Types

Credits (Money In)

TypeDescription
Top-UpManual funds added via card payment
Auto Top-UpAutomatic funds added when balance was low
RefundMoney returned from a cancelled purchase
AdjustmentManual correction by club staff
RewardBonus funds from promotions or loyalty

Debits (Money Out)

TypeDescription
PurchasePayment made at the club
Tab ChargeItems charged to your running tab
Event RegistrationEntry fees for tournaments or events

Transaction Details

Tap any transaction to see:

  • Date and Time - When it happened
  • Location - Where at the club (e.g., "Bar", "Pro Shop")
  • Description - What was purchased
  • Amount - How much was charged or added
  • Balance After - Your wallet balance after this transaction
  • Reference - Unique transaction ID

Downloading Statements

Get a record of your transactions:

  1. Go to Transaction History
  2. Set your date range
  3. Click Download or Export
  4. Choose format (PDF or CSV)
  5. Save or print your statement

Common Questions

How far back can I see?

Transaction history is typically available for 12-24 months. Contact support for older records.

Why is a transaction pending?

Some transactions take a moment to fully process. Pending transactions usually clear within minutes.

I don't recognize a transaction

  1. Check the location and time - it may jog your memory
  2. Family members on linked accounts may have made the purchase
  3. If still unrecognized, contact support

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by club staff. Speak to the location where you made the purchase. Refunded amounts appear in your history as credits.

Why is my balance different than expected?

  1. Check for pending transactions
  2. Review recent activity for missed purchases
  3. Verify auto top-ups ran as expected
  4. Contact support if discrepancies remain
