Topping Up Your Wallet

Add funds to your wallet whenever you need them.

How to Top Up​

From the Member Portal​

  1. Log in to the Member Portal
  2. Go to My Wallet
  3. Click Top Up or Add Funds
  4. Enter the amount you want to add
  5. Choose your payment method
  6. Click Pay
  7. Complete the payment on the secure checkout page

Minimum and Maximum Amounts​

Payment Methods​

Cards Accepted​

  • Visa (credit and debit)
  • Mastercard (credit and debit)

Saved Cards​

After your first top-up, you can save your card for faster future payments:

  1. During checkout, check Save this card
  2. Next time, select your saved card
  3. Complete payment with one click

Removing a Saved Card​

  1. Go to My Wallet → Payment Methods
  2. Find the card you want to remove
  3. Click Remove or the delete icon

Top-Up Confirmation​

After a successful top-up:

  • Your balance updates immediately
  • You receive a confirmation email
  • The transaction appears in your history

Troubleshooting​

Payment Declined​

If your payment is declined:

  1. Check your card details are correct
  2. Ensure your card is enabled for online payments
  3. Try a different card
  4. Contact your bank if the issue persists

Balance Not Updated​

If your balance hasn't updated after payment:

  1. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page
  2. Check your email for payment confirmation
  3. Look in Transaction History for the top-up
  4. Contact support if the amount is missing after 15 minutes

Payment Pending​

Some payments take a moment to process:

  • Card verification can take 1-2 minutes
  • Your balance will update once confirmed
  • You'll receive email confirmation when complete

Top-Up History​

View all your top-ups:

  1. Go to My Wallet → Transaction History
  2. Filter by Top-ups or Credits
  3. See date, amount, and payment method for each
