Use your wallet to pay anywhere at the club.
How to Pay
With Your Digital Card
- Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone
- Find your member card
- Show the barcode to staff at the register
- Staff scans your barcode
- Payment is deducted from your wallet balance
With Your Member Number
Don't have your phone? No problem:
- Tell the staff member your member number
- They look up your account
- Confirm the charge
- Payment is deducted from your balance
At Self-Service Kiosks
Some clubs have self-service ordering:
- Scan your digital card or enter your member number
- Select your items
- Confirm the total
- Payment is automatically processed
Where You Can Pay
Your wallet works anywhere at the club that accepts member payments:

During Payment
Successful Payment
- Staff confirms the amount charged
- You may receive a receipt (printed or email)
- Balance is updated immediately
Insufficient Balance
If your balance is too low:
- The payment will be declined
- Top up your wallet and try again
- Staff may offer to split the payment
Payment Limits
Some clubs set daily or per-transaction limits:
- Check with your club for specific limits
- High-value purchases may require manager approval
Tips for Smooth Payments
Keep Your Phone Ready
- Enable Face ID or fingerprint for quick wallet access
- Increase screen brightness for better barcode scanning
Check Your Balance
- Know your balance before making large purchases
- Set up low balance alerts to avoid surprises
Use Auto Top-Up
- Never worry about running low
- Set up auto top-up for convenience
Payment Notifications
Get notified every time you make a purchase:
- Go to My Wallet → Notification Settings
- Enable Purchase Notifications
- Choose your preferred channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
Disputing a Payment
If you see a payment you don't recognize:
- Check your Transaction History for details
- Note the date, time, and location
- Contact the club's front desk
- If unresolved, contact support
Most issues are resolved within 24-48 hours.
