Use your wallet to pay anywhere at the club.

How to Pay

With Your Digital Card

  1. Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone
  2. Find your member card
  3. Show the barcode to staff at the register
  4. Staff scans your barcode
  5. Payment is deducted from your wallet balance

With Your Member Number

Don't have your phone? No problem:

  1. Tell the staff member your member number
  2. They look up your account
  3. Confirm the charge
  4. Payment is deducted from your balance

At Self-Service Kiosks

Some clubs have self-service ordering:

  1. Scan your digital card or enter your member number
  2. Select your items
  3. Confirm the total
  4. Payment is automatically processed

During Payment

Successful Payment

  • Staff confirms the amount charged
  • You may receive a receipt (printed or email)
  • Balance is updated immediately

Insufficient Balance

If your balance is too low:

  • The payment will be declined
  • Top up your wallet and try again
  • Staff may offer to split the payment

Payment Limits

Some clubs set daily or per-transaction limits:

  • Check with your club for specific limits
  • High-value purchases may require manager approval

Tips for Smooth Payments

Keep Your Phone Ready

  • Enable Face ID or fingerprint for quick wallet access
  • Increase screen brightness for better barcode scanning

Check Your Balance

  • Know your balance before making large purchases
  • Set up low balance alerts to avoid surprises

Use Auto Top-Up

Payment Notifications

Get notified every time you make a purchase:

  1. Go to My WalletNotification Settings
  2. Enable Purchase Notifications
  3. Choose your preferred channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS)

Disputing a Payment

If you see a payment you don't recognize:

  1. Check your Transaction History for details
  2. Note the date, time, and location
  3. Contact the club's front desk
  4. If unresolved, contact support

Most issues are resolved within 24-48 hours.
