Activating Your Wallet

Getting your Member Wallet set up takes just a few minutes.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • Your club membership is active
  • Access to the member portal (email and password)
  • A payment card ready for your first top-up

Step-by-Step Activation

Step 1: Log In to the Member Portal

  1. Go to your club's member portal
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link

Step 2: Navigate to Wallet

  1. Look for "My Wallet" in the menu (usually under your profile)
  2. If this is your first time, you'll see the wallet activation screen

Step 3: Accept the Terms

  1. Read the wallet terms and conditions
  2. Check the box to accept
  3. Click "Activate Wallet"

Step 4: Add Your First Funds

  1. Choose an amount to add (minimum varies by club)
  2. Enter your card details
  3. Click "Top Up"
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email

After Activation

Once your wallet is active, you can:

Common Issues

"Wallet not available"

Your membership may not include wallet access. Contact the club to check your membership type.

"Card declined"

Try a different card or contact your bank. Make sure your card is enabled for online payments.

"Email not verified"

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email. Click the link to verify your email address.
