Member Wallet Flows

This guide summarizes the end-user wallet journeys in the member portal. Each section links to the detailed how-to pages.

Your Wallet Journey


1) Activate Your Wallet

Your wallet is linked to your membership by the club. If you don’t see a wallet yet, contact club support.

2) Check Your Balance

View your current balance and recent activity in My Wallet.

3) Top Up

Add funds manually when you need to.

4) Transfer Funds

Send wallet funds to another member when transfers are enabled.

5) Make Payments

Use your wallet balance to pay at club facilities (pro shop, bar, restaurant, bookings).

6) Auto Top-Up

Set a threshold or schedule so your wallet refills automatically.

7) Transaction History & Statements

Filter transactions by date, search by reference, and export a statement.

8) Dispute a Transaction

If something looks wrong, open a dispute with the club.

9) Notifications & Preferences

Choose how you want to receive low balance or transaction alerts.

10) Wallet Status

Your wallet can be active, suspended, or closed. If suspended or closed, you will not be able to spend or top up until support reactivates it.

11) Add Your Digital Card

Add your membership card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for faster check-in.
